All services are delivered pursuant to a written statement of work or service agreement executed by both parties. The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and acceptance criteria are defined in that agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to perform services. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for services rendered, we assign to the client all right, title, and interest in deliverables created specifically for that client under the applicable statement of work. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, methodologies, and know-how used in the course of delivery. The client grants us a non-exclusive license to use client-provided materials solely as necessary to perform the services.

4. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other using the same degree of care it applies to its own confidential information, but no less than reasonable care. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, rightfully received from a third party, or required to be disclosed by law.

5. Website use
